What we store on your device

GLP! uses your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember:

• Your theme preference (light or dark)
• Your tracker toggles (period, HRT, ADHD medication)
• Your profile display preferences (units)
• Entries and reactions when you're not signed in

Authentication cookies

When you sign in, our authentication provider sets a secure session token so you stay logged in. This is strictly necessary for the service and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

No analytics or ad trackers

We don't run third-party analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies.

Managing storage

You can clear local storage at any time from your browser settings, or by using the "Clear all data" button on the Tracker page. Note that signing out also removes the authentication session.
