Who we are

GLP! ("we", "us") is a personal wellbeing tracker for people navigating GLP-1 weight-loss medication, ADHD and peri-menopause. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account: email address and encrypted password (if you sign in).
• Tracking data: entries you log — weight, mood, symptoms, notes, period/HRT/ADHD medication data (only if you enable those trackers).
• Preferences: theme, units, tracker toggles (stored locally in your browser).

How we use it

Your data is used solely to display your dashboard, charts and history. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Signed-in data is stored securely in our backend database with row-level security so only you can read your entries. If you are not signed in, entries are stored locally in your browser only.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can export your data as CSV, delete individual entries, clear all data, or request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
