By using GLP! you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Not medical advice

GLP! is a self-tracking tool for personal use only. Nothing in the app — including supplement suggestions, symptom lists, dosage fields, community links or content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always speak to your GP or a qualified clinician before starting, stopping or changing any medication (including GLP-1 injections and HRT), supplement, exercise plan or weight-loss programme.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of data you log. Don't share your account with anyone.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, scrape or overload it, no illegal content, no impersonation of clinicians or medical services.

5. Third-party links

We link to third-party retailers, playlists and content for convenience. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse or take responsibility for, those sites.

6. Liability

GLP! is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or from health decisions taken without professional advice.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
